The role will primarily work on a complex IT transformation project requiring system enhancements, new workflows, and secure data management.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects involving system interfaces, business process re-engineering, and payment workflow modernisation.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates with high-level experience and knowledge in:
- Analysing and documenting as is and to be workflows and processes including system interfaces
- Defining end-to-end workflows and processes
- Collaborating with teams to design, and implement secure system interfaces
- IT system-related projects and familiarity with payment modernisation
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops, defining and documenting complex business and technical requirements
- Supporting testing, validation and change management
- Ensuring alignment between business needs and technical/business solutions
- Liaising and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
