The role will primarily work on a complex IT transformation project requiring system enhancements, new workflows, and secure data management.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects involving system interfaces, business process re-engineering, and payment workflow modernisation. 
  
Ideally, we are looking for candidates with high-level experience and knowledge in:

• Analysing and documenting as is and to be workflows and processes including system interfaces
• Defining end-to-end workflows and processes
• Collaborating with teams to design, and implement secure system interfaces
• IT system-related projects and familiarity with payment modernisation
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops, defining and documenting complex business and technical requirements
• Supporting testing, validation and change management
• Ensuring alignment between business needs and technical/business solutions
• Liaising and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
