Our client is a large Government Department. They are looking for an experienced EA to start ASAP until end of April (could be extended). Please note candidates must be based in SA.

Duties will include:

  • Coordinate triaging and prioritising of emails, phone calls, diary appointments.
  • Identify, monitor and attend to urgent enquiries on behalf of two Executives
  • Review executive papers, notifying Executives of unresolved and/or emerging issues and undertake research to provide advice on appropriate responses.
  • Coordinate and provide high level executive support at meetings and
  • conferences as required by taking meeting notes/minutes, preparing presentations, agendas, briefings, action lists and reports, researching information
  • Collating data, and providing status reports on outstanding issues.
  • Coordinate and ensure appropriate accommodation and travel
  • bookings 
  • Prepare complex and sensitive correspondence within strict timeframes and coordinate bulk mail-outs and other forms of communications.


Please note this is a temporary role based in Adelaide and candidates must be based in SA.
