We are looking for SDRs to join a US based No#1 vendor in their space. They sell a software platform to mid-market and enterprise organisations that helps them with the security of their data across their infrastructure. They have offices and employees around the world and SDRs are promoted into sales roles down the track.

SDRs - Melbourne and Singapore.

We have SDR positions in Melbourne and Singapore. Our client is a leader in their space so lots of instant credibility when reaching out to prospects. Their goal is to protect a companies data from data theft and attacks from cyber criminals. We are looking for an SDR to work with an assigned sales person to make a high volume of outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreaches. You will also take inbound calls, follow up on leads and work with sales to generate sales pipeline. 

You  will get training

  • On their sales processes, methodologies, objections to be able to sell
  • On software products and services so you can sell to prospects
  • On internal systems such as their CRM and sales softwares etc.
You will then:

  • Work with an assigned sales team to create a strategic sales approach.
  • Identify decision makers in targeted accounts to start a sales process.
  • Make a high volume of calls to promote and sell our clients software
  • Follow up on leads from sales, marketing, channel and your calls.
  • Be consistent in prospecting, follow-ups and booking meetings 
  • Maintain account activity details in the CRM.
Requirements
  • A Bachelors degree or training/relevant experience 
  • 12+ months experience in an SDR or outbound sales roles in tech
  • Ability to handle a high =olume of calls, emails and messages
  • Excellent written, verbal skills to influence and negotiate
  • Can work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong decision, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
  • Personal drive and motivation to high achievement.

On offer is:
   
  • Salary of $70K base + super + commissions
  • Commissions at $45K and set up to overachieve.
  • Current team are ALL doing 150%+ of their targets
