Our Government Recruitment team is growing quickly and with a presence in Victoria, NSW, SA and ACT, we are hiring a number of experienced Consultants to support our growth plans.
 
So what’s the role?
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing team in the Government sector. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and key decision makers to develop business opportunities, maximising revenue from major/key/named client accounts in order to achieve agreed revenue targets/sales quotas.
 
We're looking for someone who's got competitive DNA, wants to be successful, and enjoys working alongside a group of like-minded driven individuals working to achieve the same goals.
 
Our Government division is proud to be selected for a number of preferred accounts across Australia and you will pride yourself on providing an outstanding service to both candidates and clients.
 
This is a fast-paced role, so you've got to prepared to roll up your sleeves and be industrious. You will be taught and coached by exceptional recruiters/mentors and being backed by an ASX listed business, you will be set up for a very successful career pathway within recruitment.
 
What do we need?

• Someone who genuinely thrives on building great relationships.
• 3 years plus 360-degree experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• A confident and self-motivated team player
• Significant previous sales experience with the ability to identify business opportunities, present to clients and influence decision making
